Question Sizes information for PCIe mounting plate and holes.

Hi,
I want to design my own pc case.
I can find the exact size information and hole paterns for motherboard and powersupply etc.
But I can not find information about position and size of the PCIe holding brackets. I would like to know the exact position relative to the motherboard mounting holes so that I can design the correct mounting platte to screw the PCIe bracekts to.

I don not want to measure an existing PC cabinet because that would not be very accurate.
