SK Hynix DDR4 RAM Not working

Hello everyone,
I recently purchased SK Hynix 8 GB 1Rx8 PC4–2400T—SA1–11 HMA81GS6AFR8N—UH NO AC 1632 RAM and installed it to my dell Inspiron 7566 Gaming Series Laptop and the laptop didn’t turn ON , Just orange light blinking — I’ve already tested both the RAM slots and also have cleaned the RAM connectors — still laptop not turning ON — Any suggestions what should I do now to make it work? Is it even compatible with my system?

first did you check compatibily of the ram with your laptop and max ram it could support on total or each slot .

The maximum total supportable is 32 GB of DDR4 SODIMM
