sketchup maxwell modo build

I'm looking for advice putting together a build. I use Sketchup, Maxwell Render, Modo, Photoshop, Illustrator. I'm migrating from Mac and a bit overwhelmed by my choices. Trying to stay around 3k without monitor. Any advice is much appreciated! Thanks!

Those are single to light threaded apps so opt for fastest CPU you can afford (high speed not xeon/threadripper cores count)
i7 8086K (4GHz base) it can go to 4.8 - 4.9GHz
Unfortunately 8086K is rather new so maybe you'll get quicker if you order 8700K or cheaper 8600K. The 'K" doesn't include cooler, you can opt for popular noctua, be quiet, or cryorig, check their socket compatibility.

Make sure you select motherboard base on feature you really need (extra feature equal higher price tag),

With optane module your old SATA storage will become faster,

2x 16GB DDR4, don't opt high speed pricey RAM, a DDR4 2400 should do.

A pricey titanium grade PSU, a wise investment.

Graphic card,
Maxwell render favors nvidia, so get any gtx or preorder rtx (RTX 20x0 series).

once in while just for maxwell rendering, but it's risky, you can always use 3rd party rendering service for large dataset as long as you'll sure will be well pay after, that's how I've been dong on tight schedule basis.
