Hey guys i have an nivida GTX 560 wiht i72600 and 8 gigs of ram. I meet reccomended requirments for skyrim. I was wondering will i be able to run skyrim at 1920x1080 at high settings without any lag and smooth gameplay? I have an alienware 2210 21.5 inch monitor. My GPU has trouble running BF# on 1920x1080 and so instead i run it 1680x1050. I hope this is not the same for skryim.

Solution
The recommended (by Bethesda) for "High" is a GTX 260 or HD 4890. I would think your GTX 560 with a very capable CPU is going to be able to do Ultra. The biggest lag in Bethesda games is when your around large groups of NPCs and that i7-2600 with do great in those situations.

okay the problem is i have a dell power supply and it can only output about 460 watts. now i know this is barely cutting it but sometime i feel as if it bottlnecks my GPU. Could this be possible? i mean it has 2 6 pin connectors and BF3 performs preety well and it can delive about 36 ammps on 12 volt.

You wont suffer performance loss with a power supply that bearly cuts it.

it will either work or not work at all.

you will be limited in how far / if at all you can over clock your system.
but changing ur PSU wont increase ur FPS.
