Well the Sennheiser's certainly review better and are quite a bit cheaper.

I have found that generally company's like skullcandy or beats by dre tend to spend a lot of their budget on marketing rather than R&D to make a good headphone.

I would personally take a wired pair of say sennhieser HD558s or AT M50s if you prefer closed back over either of those.
