Skylake and i7 6700k air cooler

Hello, i'm building a new system, and need some advice.

I have read some other posts but my main doubt regards my room temp, how will it affect my cpu.

I have:

Intel i7 6700k cpu

Gigabyte z170x gaming 5 motherboard

Gskill trident z 3000 ddr4 2x8 ram

Old p182 case

Seasonic s12 powersuply, the graphic card is a msi 760 gtx.

Right now my budget is pretty low, need something around the 50ish side.

My intention is to do some light oc, nothing extreme.

My doubt is what cooler to buy, my room temp is about 30 Celsius degrees, so i dont know if a coolermaster 212x will be enought, and in Spain, Europe, i don't find the cryorig h7.

I use the bequiet dark rock 3. It sells for roughly around 50 and is efficient, quiet and it looks good too.

the Noctua NH-D14 is a very good choice if you can get your hands on it, also as previously mentioned the Dark Rock3 is also a fantastic cooling unit.
