Hi im geting pc and i would like it to be with skylake i5 (6400/6500/6600) i dont plan to use sli/cf but i will not say mb having it will be minus also oc ability for future i7 6700k (or kaby lake if suported would be nice) need to use ddr4 ram, need os and dont need gpu (will get r9 390 soon from family member).
Total budget with os is 700$

This is generally what you want to get, it has enough power to run a r9 390 and has decent cooling for medium O'Cing and a good motherboard.

If you are planning to get R9 390 then don't buy any Cheap quality PSU
