Skylake compatibility with H110m-k

So i I want to upgrade my pc and I want to use an i3-6110, an H110m-k mobo and 2133mhz dual channel rams.

Do I need to update my bios for skylake?I know kaby lake requires such thing but I really dont want to mess around the bios since Im not an expert.

The h110 chipset is Skylake ready by default, out of the box. You dont need a BIOS update with a Skylake CPU. You can go for it fine.
