Skylake IGPUS good for older source games? (tf2,gmod,cs:s,etc)

i uh would like some help cause i mostly play these valve games and i want to also wait for the next nvidia gpus next year. is the IGPU in the 6700k/6600k capable of 1080p med-high?

In the following short Youtube video the person talks about several games being played with the Intel HD 4400 graphics core (no other specs are provided). He simply shows the settings he uses and then states min, max and average FPS. No actual game play is shown. Team Fortress 2 is at 1:19 into the video. It's up to you to decide if you should take the information at face value. I do not consider the video very informative since no gameplay is actually shown.

Skylake integrated graphics should be a bit better than Haswell's integrated graphics.
