Skylake memory support?

Hello everyone, so I'm wondering what kind of memory does Intel i5-6200U Skylake CPU support? Does it support all DDR4 frequency memories? 2133Mhz and 2400MHz and are there any else on market at the moment? Can you tell a big difference if you're having 8GB DDR4 2400MHz compared to DDR3L 1600MHz? In what kind of tasks would I be able to find the benefit in and what kind of concrete benefits that I would clearly realizy during the usage of my laptop?
