Skylake U/Y/H/S Where to buy?

Hi!

I feel kinda silly asking this ---

I'm looking to maximize the processors I have observed so far for a new build. I saw that the non-K // non-base processors for the Skylake line had some pretty interesting benefits and I wanted to make use of them.

Only problem is...where do I find them? Are they not available for consumer purchase? I can only find them as part of a complete laptop purchase or as part of a NUC.

I wanted to buy them separately so I could control the case and motherboard I was purchasing.

Can anyone inform me as to why I can't find these so easily?

Some Skylake 'T' model CPU's are available with lower TDP but those are the only ones I know of available to purchase retail.
