Skype call recorder for a tablet or smartphone

I need a small mobile device for communicating through skype and recording conversations. I've looked through many apps for an android tablet and have not found anything working. I saw some such apps for smartphones, however it is not clear whether they are meant to record skype or only phone talks. Is there any difference between using skype on an android smartfone and a tablet? Using a laptop or netbook for this purpose would be very inconvenient. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I know about this app; I checked the market from samsung p3110 and its not even there for this model. Also according to the description it is for recording on android phone. Could anyone explain to me why it is that all call recorders are for smartphones and none for tablets? Whats the principle difference of using skype on the two types of devices?
