Skype deletion from Windows 7

Please list steps to TOTALLY remove all Skype files etc. from Windows 7. I have a new HP 600-1170a machine and when loading I inadvertently transferred the wrong contact list and can find no way to delete the file. Have uninstalled twice but when Skype 4.2 is again downloaded it instantly lists the wrong contact list again so the files obviously weren't fully deleted. I also by mistake entered an incorrect Skype name and cannot find how to delete that from my files.

Skype saves your contacts lists, You could log in on my PC and still have the contacts, you will have to delete all unwanted contacts manually in skype.

The contacts are saved on the Skype servers You need to manually delete the wrong contacts
