Skype/ microphone/ headset problem

Hello guys!
I want to say that i have a problem when i talk to my friend on skype and he was talking at the same time iwith me then i hear him very low
it is very anoying
HELP!!!
PS i have a headset and it happenned with 3 other micros o and if he types something to me skype reads it heeeeeeelp

Go to Control Panel > Sound > Communication and set Do Nothing.
