Skype/TS/Raidcall on headset and in-game sound on speakers

I'm trying to make the In-game sounds and every other system sounds sound in the speaker, and the Skype/TS/Raidcall (i'm using raidcall) in the headset but i don't know how to make it. I know i can make the Raidcall sound in the headset in the configurations, but i don't know how to make Windows (win10) and every other sound to sound in the speakers. I'm using the Realtek audio (Gigabyte Z97-Gaming 5 MOBO).

Any help?

In the Realtek audio manager click the gear icon in the upper left of the window. You can access the Realtek audio manager by double clicking its icon in the system tray or in the control panel. Choose Option and then enable "Make front and rear output devices..."

Already did that, but i can only "set default" one device in Win, so it just sound in one device, any other solution?

The front panel should be set to AC 97 in the BIOS. This should enable HD Audio 2nd output in Windows sounds.
