Question Skyrim and Fallout 4 display issues after idle ?

After being idle for a while the screen goes massive and can't see most of the text and I have to restart windows explorer for some reason. Also a slight niggle the game tiles are all grey.
I restart the games and the display goes back to normal. I go into the pip boy and thats fine but out of it, it isn't right and I press start and can't see the text where to exit etc but I know its at the bottom.

When posting a thread of troublehsooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list them like so:

Assuming you're on Windows 10, include the version of OS you're on. Include the age of the PSU. What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? Does the issue happen with Skyrim alone or on other titles?
