Skyrim character stuttering

I have been stuck in the intro for quite a while due to my game randomly stopping, then the screen goes forwards and backwards constantly. I have waited around 30 minutes too see if it stops and it never does. Im at the part in the intro when you first leave the cave, I turn left and randomly it happens. Is it my nexus mods?

try locking your fps to 60 and run the game and see if the problem persists.

Uninstall and graphical mods first then retry likely corrupt files that it can't load

That sounds like one of the day one bugs...are you running Skyrim through Steam?
