Skyrim doesn't running on GTX 550 Ti, but works in GT 220

This is was strange when I want to play Skyrim, when I running Skyrim on GT 220. It's working well.

But, after I replace them to GTX 550 Ti. Skyrim doesn't work

I have updating the driver but still not working

How to fix this crap?

excluding the fact your system is very unballanced you should uninstall all the gfx drivers. then run a program like driver sweeper and ccleaners reg cleaner.
make sure you remove the physx as well.
reboot the system and install the newest drivers you can find.
also repair install skyrim
