Skyrim Fps Boost?

I have a gtx 1050 4Gb and an i5 7300HQ, but im only getting 30 fps on high settings on 1080p

Laptop right? Make sure Windows Power settings are not set to some kind of battery conserving compromise, you want it set to maximum performance. Keep the laptop cool, it'll slow down if heat starts building up. Try gaming on AC power, some laptops don't perform as well while gaming on battery power.
