I want to know how many frame rates I can get on skyrim with a gigabyte gtx 960 4gb gpu with a athlon x4 860k on medium to high settings.

Get Fraps? Should show you, your FPS in all areas.

Vanilla Skyrim? 60FPS minimum at Ultra settings unless you're playing at 4K.

Unless it's modded 60 FPS should be good on ultra. If not turn certain settings down and it should run great. If you add mods, specially graphics mods, then it will drop, even on better cards it can drop lol.
