Skyrim freezing in game play

Hello,

I've been playing Skyrim for a good 3-4 months and I just encountered freezing in the game play, when I run/walk in the game it freezes slightly but it still works. And in the main menu it will work but it freezes for 3-4 seconds and continues, just like when I run/walk in the game. I was thinking maybe it was the mods I was installing, but I do it correctly using Nexus mod manager. I don't have lots of mods, maybe around 15-25 installed. But I just don't understand why it's doing this, on rare occasions it's freezes and the sound still plays. Making me quit the whole thing, can someone please help? I really need a solution to this, thanks guys!

Well 15-25 mods is definitely quite a few mods. Are any of them big graphics changing mods?
Also try these two things:
Verify Integrity Of Game Cache in Steam
Run as Administrator (fixes many problems for unexplained reasons for me..)

If you only have 4gb of ram and you've installed that High Res Texture Pack then Skyrim will lag. You need to add more ram and it will not lag anymore.
