As the title says, Skyrim keeps crashing my entire PC, and when it crashes, the screen goes black and the entire computer resets, and it'll happen depending on what I do. This happens whenever I set it to ultra (and I think high) graphics settings. Sometimes it'll crash after an hour and a half, sometimes 30 minutes after I started, and one pattern I noticed is when I'm panning across the world map, the crash will happen. I've cleaned out the inside of my case for dust, I've got a case fan blowing cool air on the graphics card, the stock fan is fine on the GPU, and temps aren't a problem because my CPU and GPU temps stay below 50 C (I've monitored the temps). I've also switched my 2 memory sticks from the A2 and B2 slots to the A1 and B1 slots and ran a memory check. No errors were found. My drivers are also completely up to date. I've also reduced the graphics from ultra to high and it still crashes my PC. Also, this NEVER happens on any other game I play, even games that are more taxing on the GPU like Elite: Dangerous and Watch_Dogs. Here are my specs:
AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz processor
ASRock 980DE3/U3S3 motherboard
EVGA GeForce GTX 970 SC
G.Skill Ripjaw X 8GB DDR3 1333 RAM
Windows 7 Home Premium
Corsair H80i liquid CPU cooler
Crucial MX100 512GB solid state drive
Kentek 750W power supply
If anyone has ideas on what it is, let me know. I've heard some people say that it could be my power supply or a bad driver.
