Skyrim launcher has stopped working

Whenever I try to launch skyrim it says the skyrim launcher has stopped working. When I had mods the game was working fine. I wanted to start over so I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and now I get the error. Any way to fix this?

That (more than likely) just means there's a mod you have that needs the DLC.

Some mods require Dragonborn, some other Hearthfire.

I have no mods installed and I have all the dlcs
