Skyrim, Medium settings with 1280x1080 res with this PC?

AMD A8 6600k 3.9ghz
A 6670 that crossfires with the integrated APU of the 6600k
8gb RAM 1600mhz

I'd like to be able to play Skyrim at medium settings (Maybe 2-4x AA) with 30-35fps or at 40 on lower settings. Is this possible?

My brothers notebook with an i3 and crappy Intel integrated graphics can do it, so this will probably be able to as well.
