Skyrim No Walking Animation

I installed some mods for skyrim and now there is no walking animation. I uninstalled each mod and to see if that would help i also installed FNIS for skyrim animations and to no avail. I was wondering if anyone else has run into this problem and if anyone know's a fix.. any help is much appreciated.

don't forget the fnis tool to update your animations. did you do that? (usually in skyrim/data/tools/GenerateFNIS_for_Users

Yes I did that ran both for modders and users and nothing. I mean there is a walking animation its just when i pull out my weapon and then the charactor model just freezes up it it doesnt do anything and is all stiff and looks like its sliding
