Skyrim performance issues

So I recently download Sharpshooter's extreme graphics mod. I'm having problems getting the game to run properly. I get a max 8 FPS anywhere in skyrim and it pisses me off because I don't know how to fix it.

I have a: GTX 570,i7-2600k,8GB of ram, and a plenty capable MBU so tell me,WHATS WRONG?

I would guess, not enough graphics card (mid range)

Most likely, you have run out of VRAM, the memory on the graphics card. Some of the Skyrim mods require ridiculous amounts of VRAM. Uninstall the mod to fix the issue.

Your GTX 570 is not good enough. You need to change it. Or play on low-mid settings.

You probably have one of those HD texture packs. They require atleast 2GB VRam.

Though, you could always use the following mods to HELP remedy the problem :

With the second mod, you'll need to remove the shadows, by going into your ini files, and tweaking the shadow settings.
