Skyrim Random Black Screen Then Drop of FPS

Hi,

I was playing Skyrim yesterday on ultra-settings; my pc doesn’t struggle with that. No mods then screen goes black for a second, and resumes but the FPS has dropped by 15-20 FPS.

My PC (Roughly I’m not in front of it)
GTX670 - I have slightly overclocked it, not to the maximum of its capabilities though.
i5 3750 (the best i5, forgot the number)

I think that’s all you need to know?? Correct me if I’m wrong.

PSU? temperature on the GPU and CPU?

750W Corsair, had the PC built by pc specialists literally 2 month ago.

havent monitered the cpu temp, i havent OC that, so assumed its ok, the GPU is running at 50 maximum.

Download Nvidia Inspector and try this.

"nvidia inspector -> profiles (wrench icon) -> Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim -> remove app from current profile -> tesv.exe."
