Does anybody have a similar set-up that can tell me what ENB mod you're using and what fps you're getting?

i7 4770k
16 gb ram
gtx 780 ti 3 gb vram

Do you have this kind if hardware or do you plan to build? What you have listed are a very high end system, but not necessary to get realism in Skyrim.

I suggest that you take look at YT for Realvision (Performance) and those suggestion from Gopher for how to adjust your settings and add these mods in the best order. In any case it is better to use i5 4670K and over clock that processor instead of i7 4770k (if you don't need hyperthreading for encoding or other software/apps that make use of HT). Skyrim is limited to around 4 GB RAM, so RAM above that is not needed, but can be useful. There some videos on YT (and NEXUS forum) that talk about memory leaks.

In any case you did not specify what kind of resolution you are aiming for and...

In any case you did not specify what kind of resolution you are aiming for and how many monitors you want to output this on. For higher resolution textures more VRAM could help, but there is also a limit for how useful it will be on a single monitor at 1080p. More then a single one monitor and the higher resolution might need more VRAM.

If you have the money to go all out, then there is no need to ask for FPS as you would get what you pay for - the highest possible FPS that is in this game. It is all those mods and how you want tweak it that make a difference in the end.

Hope you find this information useful!

Don't forget to add a large enough SSD to your build....
