So I usually play rpg games and see movies...what is the best 24" monitor for these things?Until now I found Dell U2412M,S2440L and Benq GW2450HM,but I am open for any other model.
+angles don't matter so much because a maximum of 2 will watch
+will 120hz be better in Skyrim for example? Will there be less ghosting?
+does anyone have the S2440L,it seems to have no flicker,no pwm

To me viewing angles matters a lot even with only two people watching a movie. As long as me and my significant other (none at this moment in time) are snuggling together, then I suppose it will be fine. TN panel monitors have the worst viewing angles and I am looking at dumping my Asus VK246H for another IPS panel monitor which have much better viewing angles.

120Hz monitors does not mean less ghosting since response times will still be at 2ms, just like most other TN panel monitors. The benefit from a 120Hz monitor is getting above 60FPS when playing games. However, I don't think it's really worth it unless you system can push at least 80+ minimum FPS in games.
