Skyrim screen

I had to reinstall skyrim and now whenever i load it up it goes to the start screen but only shows the logo, its missing the options i.e. Continue, New, Load, Options and Exit. what is the problem here can anyone help?

Verify the game cache in Steam. Maybe reinstall your GFX drivers if the problem persists.

I had a similar issue a while back, verifying the cache fixed it for me.
