Skyrim strange stuttering

I just built a new computer, and it seems Skyrim has this strange stuttering problem, where even the bethesda logo on startup rubberbands back and forth ever so slightly. When I get into the game, it feels like somone is violently shaking my mouse and forcing it left or right. I can't find any solution to it, and I can't possibly imagine it to be my hardware.

What are the full specs of your system ? Such as graphics card , psu etc. Also is this a pirate copy of the game ? Or a legit version ? I'm not going to try get the law involved haha but just wondering if it was a pirate copy if it's a dodgey one as in a good copy etc.

It's a 2.5gb GTX 570. It seems other games started showing this behavior as well. I'm running a beta driver but I don't think that can be the issue.
