Skyrim: Unable to smelt Ebony ingots in smelter

I have ebony ore in my items but when I go to smelt it in the smelter nothing pops up, why is this?Here is a link for pictures and also my mods incase it's any of them interfering with the process.

Yes I am, I'm not too sure if it is mod related though, could it be I need to unlock a perk before creating ingots or?

No, I just fired up skyrim with a new character and I didn't need any perks to smelt ebony ore into ingots. Disable that PerkUp Smithing.ESP and see if it works, if it crashes try with a new character. Using this mod will make it easier to test the mods out http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9557/?.

No, I just fired up skyrim with a new character and I didn't need any perks to smelt ebony ore into ingots. Disable that PerkUp Smithing.ESP and see if it works, if it crashes try with a new character. Using this mod will make it easier to test the mods out http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9557/?.

It's a perk with the perkup mod that makes you activate it before using ebony stuff.
By the way, since you're here, I use immersive weapons mod and when smelting, some of my ingots say they require some of the weapons that came with the mod
Such as i want to smelt a corundum ingot, it says it requires my eastern dwemer war axe, this is very bad cause i'm always losing weapons.
Do you have any clue or?

Yeah, that sounds normal. You can shortcut it by pressing the tilde key to bring up the console and typing the word help followed by something like "eastern dwemer" then use page up key until you find the weapon you need and use the id number to give it to you. For example, if the id is 23a9d then you would type player.additem 23a9d 3
That old give you 3 of that item.

Make sure there is a space between the id number and the quantity number
