I want to play skyrim on my pc, because the mods make the game much more fun than on the console. So, since my current computer sucks, I was going to make my own. Is this enough to run skyrim?

HP Pavilion w185e Black 18.5" 5ms Widescreen LCD Monitor

HIS H667FS1G Radeon HD 6670 1GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Patriot Signature 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Desktop Memory Model PSD34G13332

GIGABYTE GA-H61M-DS2 LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Intel Pentium G630 Sandy Bridge 2.7GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics BX80623G630

Also, if there is more that I should buy, please tell me. I can link the hardware listed above if it is too difficult to look up.

So this is a store bought rig? I would say at low fps and low settings you should be able to play the game. Unless you OC a bit on your CPU and GPU. Then you might be able to make it to med.

But if your res is low you might be able to play on med settings. If you had a 4 core CPU and a 400w PSU or bigger you could game with a 6870 GPU and play on high settings. Just a thought. I do wish you good luck.

6670 will run the game fine, if you disable AA it can run on high. The only concern is your CPU, I haven't seen it benchmarked for skyrim specifically, but I think it will allow you to run with at least medium.

if these are all your parts for a homebuild new rig then you're missing quite a few:

Case, PSU, HDD, OS, ODD
