SLAM not working

i am currently facing some problem with slam and some other applications that i dont know i get Microsoft .Net Framework error whenever i try to run a application it shows me this :-
Unhandled exception has occurered in your application. if you click continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue if you quit the application will close immediately.
the configuration section 'connectionStrings' has an unexpeceted declaration.

Since I see a reference to "SLAM.My.MySettings.get_PlayKey()" could your license key be corrupt or have a corruption in your registry?
