[SOLVED] SLC or 3D NAND?

Hey,

Which one is better from this two?

As i understand SLC SSD is way better, but why in this case its cost less than 3D NAND ssd?

Looking for any reasonable SSD to replace faulty hdd, maybe there is better options than sandisk?

It's using a portion of TLC in a SLC mode, it's not true SLC, think of it more as a cache, only when the drive is more full there is no place to put this cache.

Personally I'd go ultra. The plus may be dramless, hence why it needs the cache.
