Question Sleep mode - black screen - force shut down

Yeah I had a acer laptop in the past it did that now i bought a acer predator helios 300 and when I click sleep the screen goes black the fan keeps going and the keyboard light is on but thats it all I can do is force shutdown it sucks !

anyone can help?

Hello

I was wondering if you already tried resetting the current power plan to its default configuration?

To do so:

• Right-click Start.
• Click Power Options.
• Go to Additional power settings.
• Click Change plan settings from the right window.
• Click Restore default settings for this plan.
