Question Sleep mode not showing in Windows start

I have freshly installed new os which is win 10 I saw from win start that sleep option is not showing... I have already checked power options to see if there is a sleep option but turn off display is the only one appearing in my screen. PLS HELP ME

I have windows 10 home not licensed
My specs:
Intel E5-2640 0 Processor
X79G AMI OEM Mobo
Kingston 120Gb SSD
16Gb Ram

i had the same problem some time ago...........i tried (dism.exe /online /cleanup-image / restorehealth) and it worked............must be connected to internet though
