After months of having the sleep option on my windows 11 PC, it has disappeared. I have tried everything I know in the troubleshooting guides to no avail. Specifically, I have followed the fixes in this article, https://https://www.makeuseof.com/windows-10-fix-mising-sleep-option/ and nothing worked. Everything was ok until yesterday and it is gone. I looked at updates and it appears that Microsoft installed a driver update, OEM - HIDClass - 18.16.37.672 yesterday. Don't know if this is related or not. I have,

and windows version info:

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22632.1000.0
As an additional info item, one of my hdmi ports stopped working yesterday also. I'm trying to switch to a dp port once I get the cable to see if that takes care of the dual monitor issue. I have also reached out to manufacturer, Minisforum for advice/help.

It could be that update, its an ACPI power driver from 2015 (No idea why its pushing out an update from 2015 now)

what laptop is it?
Which chipset?
Should perhaps update chipset drivers as they might fix the power options.

OS build 22621.160
Insiders?

Its possibly a problem associated with the fact you on beta.
there is a new update - https://www.elevenforum.com/t/kb501...se-preview-build-22621-169-22h2-june-30.7420/

The optional ones are to fix problems. If you don't have any problems, don't grab them.
As you can tell, they can cause problems instead if you don't already have them.

All fixed now :)

Just checked and I don't think this is an optional update. It's on the main page when I go to windows update. I can't hide it either so will have to just ignore it for now.
