Sleeping Dog stuck at loading screen?

Sleeping always stuck at loading,I already tried copying cracks and other more files,I have a non-steam game by skidrow, while on net there is a fix for it but it is only for steam and I have skidrow, Even reinstalled game and windows too. Still no Luck!
