Sleeping dogs not responding

HEY GUYS i have just installed sleeping dogs but its is not responding 🙁

Is it a legit copy?

If it is legit then go in steam -> Library -> Right click on sleeping dogs -> Properties -> Local Files tab -> Verify integrity of game cache
