Solution



Check BIOS "Wake on Lan" setting. Set is off.
Are you sure you aren't moving the mouse? if you have your mouse without a mouse pad on a dusty surface it can sometimes read mouse movement off dust floating (yeah I know sounds rediculous)

anyway, if mouse isn't a problem it means that something is connected to your computer that is waking it up/prevent proper standby. Start unplugging peripherals 1 by 1 until you can sleep properly
 


dhvd79a is right, the WOL feature is often the cause of this, in systems connected to a router.

Also, in Windows, go to your Network Adapter's properties, and disable the same feature 'Wake on LAN'.
