Sleeved Cable Question

With Corsair TX650M it looks like the SATA and 8 pin cables are connected to the psu itself, so with something like 8 pin and sata sleeved cables, like http://www.amazon.com/44SATA-W-Singled-Sleeved-Premium-Connector/dp/B003TO51LM/ref=pd_sim_e_8 or http://www.amazon.com/dp/B003TSCZRQ/ref=as_li_ss_til?tag=johnnythege07-20&camp=0&creative=0&linkCode=as4&creativeASIN=B003TSCZRQ&adid=15040R1PC0JE6K4TKE4C how would that work? Do I need a fully modular PSU to plug these cables into? I know with the 24 pin extension it goes into the end of the one that is attached to the PSU, just not sure about these.

the linked cables do not plug into the PSU

the linked SATA extender plugs into the corsair molex cables

the linked 8-pin CPU power cable extender plugs into the corsair 8-pin CPU power cable
