Sleeved Cables For any PSU

I have the EVGA 600W (https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=100-W1-0600-KR) PSU and i dont know whether or not i can use any sleeved cable extensions with it. I found some phanteks ones thet look good (http://www.phanteks.com/Extension-Cables.html) but will they fry my system??

Extension cables are not really recomended because your adding length to the cable but those will work.
The W1 power supply is low quality I would consider replacing it before i spent money on looks.

Im not getting a new psu and my case has a psu cover so length is not a prob. The only thing i was concerned for is compatibility. Thanks for the advice though

Cable extensions should be universal, as they should be a direct straight-through wiring scheme (Pin1 to Pin1, Pin2 to Pin2, etc....).

You should only need to be concerned with cables that extend all the way to the modular ports on a PSU, as different PSUs have different pin placements (usually VGA and PERF are all wired the same and its usually only 24 pin and sometimes EPS that differ, but not always).

If you have room to manage the extra cable length and don't care about the look of the PSU end of the cable (if you have a full PSU shroud where you can hide the excess cables in the "basement" for example, Extensions are a better option than full cables as you don't have to buy new ones if you get a different PSU later).

The lengh of the cable and being able to hide it is not the potental problem.
When dealing with electricity the gauge of the wire and how long the cable is can matter.
