I recently installed second GTX 770 Card into computer to setup SLI, Second card is receiving power but not showing in windows, I have uninstall primary drivers and re-installed and going to switch and test cards individually. I currently have this motherboard and power supply, and CPU( listed Below)

I have already taken in to consideration that the PSU might be too low and the CPU needs to be updated. Any other ideas would be great
