Im curretly running two monitors that have an option for display-port. My gtx-780 has only one display port input. If I were to buy another 780 and run them in sli could I use the display port input in the additional 780 for the other monitor?

Solution

Displayport is just another connection standard.
Up to 2560x1600 resolution, the only advantage Displayport has over dual-link DVI is that it supports audio.
There is no reason to want to use Displayport for your second monitor.

I am currently running them this way. I just want to plug them both using display port.
