(SLI) ATI Tool wont let scan for artifacts :(

When I click on scan for artifacts, the timer runs, but the cube doesnt move, temps dont climb. Strangely enough when I click on Show 3d View, the cube appears fine, and my GPU temps climb accordingly. My videocards are two BFG 8800gtxs OC, slied. Is there any other way for me to check for artifacts as inuitively as with ati tool, or does anyone know of a ati tool fix for me? Can I scan for artifacts by eye just as effectively by using "Show 3D View" ?

I have the same thing than u with my GTX 295
Have you identify some reason for this behavior ?
