SLI Capable Asus Commando

Hello, Would my Asus Commando be capable of SLI? It does have 2 PCI-E X16 slots, However i some sites told me that they are both x16 but one of them is x4 in some way ?? I don't really understand this.. So can somone help me out?

No it does not support SLI, it only supports AMD's Crossfire(and that required some sort of update).

So it is not possbile in anyway to use nvidea's SLI, well if there isnt what would be a replacement for that? The mobo must support DDR2, Socket LGA775 And SLI ofc..

You would want a board with a Nvidia 780i chipset.

These boards haven't been sold new for a few years. Your best bet would be to find a used one on ebay.

Well thanks man You really helped me out, ill go and look for a second hand mobo with 780I chipset, now i only need a 850 watt psu haha.
