Sli crashes when enabled EVGA 660 3gb Superclocked

So I used the installation DVD and so far no blue screen of death but it still crashes and I can't access Nvidia control panel after I click enable. Also did the latest drivers from Nvidia.

Win 7 Ultimate (purchased online burned by windows dvd/usb tool)
I7 Extreme 4.0GHz
ASRock x79 Extreme 6gb MB
64GB RAM
2x EVGA 660
3x TB hdd
Thermaltake Armor+LCS
1500w PSU
Blu Ray Burner
