SLI GTX 570 HD's Third Monitor Detection

I have recently bought a second GTX 570 HD card. I just bought three monitors and cannot get the third one to display.

I have it currently setup as and HDMI to one card and then another HDMI to the second with a DVI to HDMI adapter on it as well.

I am a noob with computers and need to figure out how to get the third monitor to detect. I have tried every possible combination of HDMI and DVI to HDMI adapting, but that third plug in is never detected.

the monitors dont have DVI connectors ?

They all do. Monitor A is an HDMI to HDMI an Graphics Card A. Monitor B is HDMI to DVI on Graphics Card A. Monitor C is HDMI to HDMI on Graphics card B. Monitor C will not detect.

I have tried having Monitors A and B HDMI to HDMI to Graphics A and B Respectivefull with Monitor C HDMI to DVI on both Cards A and B and it still does not detect .
