SLI gtx 660 or gtx 970

I already have a gtx 660 but i don't know if i should update to a SLI of gtx660 or to a gtx 970
My pc features are:
-RAM: 8 gb
-CPU: INTEL CORE I7-3770k(3,5 GHz)
(CPU COOLER: Cooler master Hyper 412S)
-Graphic Card: GeForce gtx 660
-MotherBoard: ZZX-D3H
-Power Supply: Cooler Master B700 700 w

Go for a single gtx 970. It is the better card and one strong card is better than two sli cards.

+1 go for a single GTX 970. SLI ain't all it's cracked up to be, a dual SLI GTX 660 setup would both use more power and not have as good performance as a single, maxwell-architecture'd GTX 970.
